The 3 Point Molly Strategy: An aggressive strategy that utilizes “hot streaks”, 3 Point Molly requires you to bet on the come out roll and to hedge these bets with single or double odds. When one wins, another bet is placed, and the process continues until the point is made or the shooter craps-out. These bets have to be placed before the come-out roll, and they both pay out at even money (1:1) when they win. Game Objective:

The objective of the game is to roll a pair of dice on the Craps table and to predict their outcome. Player places bets or wagers on the outcome of the roll. The game focuses on speed and style while retaining all the qualities of the classic game. Turbo function can be used to control the speed of the action.

The message area located at the right bottom of the game screen and dealer audio will assist you while the game is in progress.

Game Options:

Click on Options to bring up the following list:

  • Color Scheme: Use this option to choose the colour of the table (Green, Red, Blue, and Purple).
  • Quality Setting: Use this option to choose the table quality view (Low, Medium and Advanced).

The player control area includes Roll, Undo and Clear Bets buttons, and a chip stacks to select different chip amounts. You can place bets by clicking the desired bet area, and remove bets by using the Undo button which will remove any bets that have just been placed. For convenience, the last chip value clicked on the chip stacks is held in memory (indicated with an animation) and can be repeated without returning to the chip stack. After placing bets, if player mouse over on the specific bet, total bet value for the respective bet will be shown in a tool tip.

Rules:

Craps is played with two dice. Chips are used to place bets. Craps is a game of rounds. A round begins with the player (dice roller/shooter) makes a eitherPass LineorDon't Passwager. After placing a Pass Line or Don’t Pass wager, the player is required to roll the dice (called 'come-out' roll). The round immediately ends when any of the following occurs:

  • The come-out roll results in a total dice value of 7 or 11 (called 'natural').
  • The come-out roll results in a total dice value of 2, 3, or 12 (called 'craps').

If the total dice value is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 then a Point is made for the respective number (the number is marked with the ON puck on the Craps table). The player is required to roll again. The round ends when any of the following occurs:

  • The roll results in a total dice value of the Point number (the number marked with the ON puck on the Craps table).
  • The roll results in a total dice value of 7 (called 'seven-out').

The minimum and maximum bet limits for the game are EUR 0.5 and EUR 30,000 respectively.

There are numerous betting options.

Pass Line:

Pass Line bets must be placed before the come-out roll is thrown. On the come-out roll, 7 or 11 wins, Craps (2, 3, 12) loses and the round is over. Any other number becomes 'point' (marked with the ON puck) and the round continues. After Point is established, to win the Pass Line bet, Point must be repeated (making point) before 7 is rolled (7 out). Once Point is repeated or 7 is rolled, the bet is settled and the round is over. The next roll becomes the new come-out roll (new round). For example, the come-out roll is 8, and becomes Point. The shooter continues to roll until an 8 (Pass Line wins) or 7 (Pass Line loses) is rolled. To make a Pass Line bet, click on the section of table marked Pass Line. Payout is 1:1 (even money). The Pass Line wager is a contract bet; it cannot be removed or reduced once the Point is established, until it wins or loses.

Don't Pass:

The Don't Pass bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet except rolling a 12 is a push (tie) and the bet is returned to the bettor. Don't Pass bets must be placed before the come-out roll is thrown. On the come-out roll, 7 or 11 loses, 2 or 3 wins, 12 is a push. Any other number becomes 'point' (marked with the ON puck). To win the Don't Pass bet, 7 must be rolled before Point is repeated (making point). Once Point is repeated or 7 is rolled, the bet is settled and the round is over. The next roll becomes the new come-out roll (new round). For example, the come-out roll is 8, and becomes Point. The shooter continues to roll until an 8 (Don't Pass loses) or 7 (Don't Pass wins) is rolled. To make a Don't Pass bet, click on the section of table marked Don't Pass. Payout is 1:1 (even money). Come:

Come bets are similar to Pass Line bets except they cannot be made on a come-out roll. 7 or 11 wins, 2, 3, 12 loses. Odds Bet Overview:

You can accompany your Pass Line and Come bets with an Odds bet. Odds bet are not applicable for Don’t Pass and Don’t Come bets. The Odds bet is popular because it pays 'true odds' on your bet. True odds are based on comparing the chance of your number being rolled before the 7. To illustrate, the diagram below shows the 7's chance of being rolled (6 in 36) is twice that of the 4 (3 in 36) so placing an Odds bet in favor of the 4 will pay 2 to 1, in favor of the 7 will pay 1 to 2.

Pass Line Odds:

Pays according to the table above. Click on the empty area behind the Pass Line bet area. A chip representing your Pass Line Odds bet will be placed. Pass Line Odds bet can only be made when there is a Pass Line bet placed on the table and after the Point is established. Pass Line Odds bet can be increased, removed and decreased. The Pass Line Odds bet can only be a MAX 3 times of the bet wagered on Pass Line bet.

Come Odds:

Pays according to the table above. Click on the Come Point number on the table. A chip representing your Come Odds bet will be placed. Come Odds bet can only be made when there is a Come bet placed on the table and after the Come Point is established. Come Odds bet can be increased, removed, decreased. After Come bet is placed, in next roll if user gets a Come Point number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10) then Come Odds will become ON on the respective Come Point number and user can place bet on Come Odds. The Come Odds bet can only be a MAX 3 times of the bet wagered on Come bet. Note: Come Odds are valid until removed or resolved. Hardways:

When a pair (matching dice) is used to make a number it's called the 'hard way', because there is only one way to make them. i.e. Two 2's are 'Hard 4'. Both 1 and 3 AND 3 and 1, are 'Soft 4'. A Hardways bet is a bet that the hard number will come up before a 7 or the soft number. Hardways numbers are 4, 6, 8, and 10.

3 Way Craps Bet

How to play:

  • Select the amount you want to wager by clicking on the chip of that denomination.
  • The selected chip will animate.
  • You can decrease the amount wagered by clicking on UNDO button.
  • Once the wagers are placed on one or more positions, Roll, Undo and Clear Bets buttons are enabled. The 'Roll' button will be enabled only if a bet equal to or more than the minimum bet is placed on PASS LINE or DON'T PASS.
  • After completing the current round, 'Repeat Bet' and 'Repeat Bet and Roll' buttons are enabled.
  • Once a come-out roll has 'come-out' (i.e. a 4,5,6,8,9,10 has been thrown) then the only option available is 'Roll'. At this point a player can place more chips on valid bets. If they place more chips, the Undo and Clear Bets buttons become available. Clear Bets only clears bets made since the last roll. Once the Point number or a 7 has been rolled, game will end on the bets PASS LINE or DON'T PASS.
  • To start a new round with the same bet(s), click on the 'Repeat Bet And Roll' button.
  • To repeat the same bets without starting a new round, click on the 'Repeat Bet' option.
  • To remove bets for any given position, click on Undo or Clear Bets button.

I could not complete the game. What should I do?

Online Craps 3 – Odds and Probabilities...

Craps

Craps uses a pair of six sided dice. Online craps uses a random number generator modeled on the statistical probabilities inherent in rolling two six sided dice. The distinction is really irrelevant. Any random number generator worth a gaming license, given an infinite number of ‘rolls’, will turn up a 2 on only one out of every 36 rolls, or a 7 once out of every 6, just as a set of ‘real’ dice would. To fully understanding online craps means to grasp the probability of any one number being rolled on any given toss.

With six ways to roll a 7, this outcome it has a probability of 6/36, i.e. 1/6. This makes the 7, statistically speaking, the most commonly rolled number in craps. While this is great news on the coming out roll, it is not so heartening when trying to hit the point. This 6/36 also means a shooter is far more likely to seven-out instead of crap out a session. Indeed, with only two ways to roll a 3, and one way to roll either a 12 or a 2, the probability of a shooter crapping out is relatively low (2/36 on a 3, or 1/36 on either 2 or 12).

When it comes to rolling points, a 6 or an 8 are the easiest to hit at a not so terrible 5/36 (1/7.2) probability. There are five ways to roll either a 6 or an 8 on a set of six-sided dice. 5 and 9 come next at 4/36, or four possible outcomes. This makes both 10 and 4 the most difficult points to hit as both have a rather meager probability of 3/36 (1/12), i.e. only three possible combinations will turn up a ten or a three. Taking down a pass line bet when the point is either 4 or 10 is not the worst of decisions.

Here is a table which makes this description a bit more clear. Included in the table are the probable outcomes expressed in ratios, i.e. 1/36, 2/36, and as percentages. Percentages are included here as many people find them easier to remember in the middle of an intoxicating session of online craps.

Odds are usually expressed in an X to 1 relationship. For example, say the point is 5, and those percentages you almost have memorized escape you at the moment. You need to know the odds of that five getting hit on the next roll. There are 36 possible outcomes, and you know that four of these combinations will hit the 5, hence 4/36 (or 1/9 if we reduce the fraction). This 1/9 is usually expressed as having odds of ‘8 to 1’. Wait a second, 8 to 1? What happened to the 1/9? The 1/9 expresses that, on average, for every nine rolls one of them will yield a five. In other words, eight of the rolls will not be a five while one of the rolls will be a five, and hence the odds are 8 to 1.

This X to 1 relationship expresses the true odds of a particular bet. In a perfect world online casinos everywhere would pay out according to the true odds so that if the odds were 8 to 1, and you won, they would pay $8 for every $1 bet. However, the world is imperfect and even online casinos must turn a profit. This is done mainly by paying out less than the true odds of a bet.
